Viktoria Varga
Victoria Varga nasce in Ungheria. Inizia i suoi studi musicali al Conservatorio Bela Bartok in Budapest continua i suoi studi all'università di Pecs terminando con il diploma in canto. Prosegue i suoi studi di canto fino al luglio 2009 presso la Opernschule di Stoccarda con Julia Hamari con la quale studia ancora privatamente. Ha preso parte a numerose Masterclasses con Mirella Freni e KS Catarina Ligendza. Durante il periodo di studio ha occasione di debuttare i seguenti ruoli: Charlotte (Ernst Krenek: Der Diktator), 1. Hexe und Geist als „Script Girl“ (Purcell: Dido und Aeneas), Gretel (E. Humperdinck: Hänsel und Gretel), Königin der Nacht (Mozart: Die Zauberflöte, Abschlussprüfung) Micaela (Bizet: Carmen), Musetta (Puccini: La Boheme). Nel 2008 ottiene il terzo premio al Concorso Internazionale Juventus Canti in Vrable. Nello stesso anno, al concorso Jumge Oper Schloss Weikersheim, vince il debutto come Frau Flut nelle Allegre comari di Windsor.
La rappresentazione fu ripresa Live dalla Deutschlandradio Kultur. V.Varga ha ottenuto borse di studio dalla Fondazione Peter - Horvat dalla Fondazione Giovani Artisti di Bayreuth e dalla DAAD.
Ha già collaborato sia in opere che concerti con : Südwestdeutschen Philharmonie di Costanza, la Stuttgarter Philharmonischen Kammersolisten, la RIAS Jugendorchester Berlin, la Großpolnischen Philharmonie (Hermann Bauer), il Münchener Bach Chor (Hansjörg Albrecht), col Salzburger Mozart-Consort (Konstantin Hiller), la Philharmonie Győr (Kálmán Berkes, Márton Rácz) con i Bochumer Symphonikern (Steven Sloane), la Tonkünstler-Orchesters Niederösterreich (Alfred Eschwé, Elisabeth Attl) Wiener Philharmoniker (Paul Weigold, Cornelius Meister, Jérémie Rhorer) . Il repertorio operistico della Varga è affiancato da un vasto repertorio concertistico:come ad es. Mozart: C-Moll Messe, Exultate Jubilate, Davidde Penitente, Pergolesi: Stabat-Mater, Haydn: Die Schöpfung, usw.)
Dal 2009 è stata spesso ingaggiata quale Königin der Nacht presso la Staatsoper di Budapest, il Landestheater Innsbruck, il teatro all'aperto di Killesberg (Stoccarda), il Teatro di Rüsselsheim, il Burgfestspiele Dreieichenhain, ed il festival di Mozart di Mozart Keszthely, etc.
Nella stagione 2010-2011 Viktória Varga debutta al Wiener Musikverein per il concerto di Capodanno con la Tonkünstler-Orchester con la direzione di Elisabeth Attl e Alfred Eschwé ripetuto al Festspielhaus St. Pölten e in altre città austriache. Nello stesso anno debutta nella 9. Sinfonie di Beethoven(Sopran- Solo) con la Philharmonie di Győr e quindi nei Carmina Burana di Orff(Sopran -Solo) a Monaco sotto la direzione di Hansjörg Albrecht.
Nel 2012 debutta alla Wiener Staatsoper come Barbarina ne “Le Nozze di Figaro” di Mozart diretta da Jérémie Rhorer. Successivamente partecipa alla tournee in Giappone dello Staatsoper di Vienna come Regina della notte (Cover) in Tokyo-Yokohama .
Nel 2012-2013 debutta come Papagena (Mozart: Die Zauberflöte) sotto la direzione di Cornelius Meister a cui segue il debutto come Regina della notte allo Staatsoper di Vienna(Zauberflöte für Kinder) diretta Paul Weigold. Viktoria Varga è stata impegnata come 1. Blumenmädchen (Wagner: Parsifal) al Teatro di Freiburg con la direzione di Fabrice Bollon (GMD) e la regia di Frank Hilbrich e nel ruolo di Ines in Trovatore/Verdi e nell' Opera “Königin von Saba “ ruolo Astaroth.
2017/18 ha cantato il ruolo di “ Königin der Nacht/Zauberflöte” in Israele al “ Jerusalem Festival”.
Ha cantato nel mese di Aprile 2018 diverse recite di Zauberflöte/ Regina della notte presso lo Staatsoper di Budapest - Erkel Theater, con ripresa nel Novembre 2019.
Nel 2020 ha debuttato con gran successo il ruolo di Donna Elvira nel "Don Giovanni" di W.A.Mozart presso il Teatro di Massy/Parigi.

She sang in the Beethoven's 9th Symphony (Sopran- Solo) with the Philharmonie of Győr and in Carmina Burana of Orff (Sopran -Solo) in Munich under the direction of Hansjörg Albrecht. She made her debut at the Wiener Staatsoper as Barbarina in Mozart's "Le Nozze di Figaro" conducted by Jérémie Rhorer. Later she took part in the Vienna State Opera tour of Japan as the Queen of the Night (Cover) in Tokyo-Yokohama. Furthermore she sang Papagena (Mozart: Die Zauberflöte) under the direction of Cornelius Meister followed by her debut as Queen of the Night at the Vienna State Opera (Zauberflöte für Kinder) directed by Paul Weigold. Viktoria Varga sang 1st Blumenmädchen (Wagner: Parsifal) at the Freiburg Theater, Ines in Trovatore / Verdi and in the Opera "Königin von Saba "Role -Astaroth. 2017/18 she sang the role of "Königin der Nacht / Zauberflöte" in Israel at the "Jerusalem Festival". In April 2018 she sang several performances of The magic Flute/The Queen of the night at the Staatsoper Budapest - Erkel Theater and at the Budapest Airport terminal. She will sing the same role in Budapest in November 2019.
In the saison 2020 she made her debut as Donna Elvira in "Don Giovanni" by Mozart at the Theater Massy/Paris.
